The Macallan M Black is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 46% and presented in a handcrafted black Lalique crystal decanter, in a 70cl size.
It is made from peated whisky matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks, which adds a smoky note to the classic Macallan flavours.
On the palate it is described as showing rich sherry and dried fruits, with a subtle peatiness running through.
