The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 750ml bottle. The Sherry Oak range is matured entirely in sherry casks, from start to finish, and that long sherry maturation shapes its rich flavour.
The Macallan was founded in 1824 and was bought by the Edrington Group in 1999.
The whisky is soft, with a creamy texture and flavours of cakebread and sherry, leading to a long, malty finish.
