The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is a single malt from the Sherry Oak range, matured exclusively in hand-picked, sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez. It is bottled at 43% and has a natural light mahogany colour.
The palate is full bodied, with mature oak, ginger and raisin. The vintage may vary from bottle to bottle.
On the nose there are dried fruits and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is soft and rich, with spice, clove, orange and toasted oak. The finish is lingering, with dried fruits, ginger and orange zest.
