The Macallan Sherry Oak 25 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured for a quarter of a century in sherry oak. The sherry wood gives it a deep, layered character.
Its flavour is described as woody, toasted, spicy, fruity and smoky, with the spice adding a bolder edge. The fruit emerges gradually, and ripe fruit notes blend with the smoky side of the whisky.
