This is The Macallan 30 Year Old Sherry Oak, the 2021 release, a single malt bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured exclusively for thirty years in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. The spirit rests undisturbed in the same casks for the whole period, and the whisky is naturally dark in colour.
Its character is rich dried fruits, orange and spice.
