The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the 2023 release, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It has a dark mahogany colour.
The nose offers honeyed figs and dates with hints of caramelised pineapple and chocolate orange. On the palate come rich fruitcake and prunes with stem ginger, cinnamon and orange essence, leading to a gentle toasted oak. The finish is long, rich in oak, spice and orange.
