The Macallan – Time : Space Mastery (70cl, 43.6%)

The Macallan Time : Space Mastery is a single malt made for The Macallan's 200th anniversary. It honours the distillery's past whisky makers while looking ahead to its future as a luxury brand built around its casks. It is bottled at 43.6% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was hand-picked from some of the best European oak casks. The nose offers dates, figs, chocolate, honey, sweet oak and tropical fruit such as mango and papaya. The palate brings dried fruit, orange, honey, ginger and cinnamon, and the finish turns to caramelised pineapple, vanilla, chocolate and coffee.
