A single cask blended Scotch whisky, 12 years old, bottled by the independent bottler The Maltman (Meadowside Blending).
It was distilled in 2008 and matured in an Oloroso sherry butt, then bottled in 2020 at a cask strength of 54.1%. It is non-chill filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose is juicy oak with peach, pear, flambéed banana and cinnamon. On the palate there are ginger biscuits, coconut and Madeira cake. The finish is creamy and long, with cherry syrup and a hint of caramelised brown sugar.
