This is a single cask single malt from the Israeli Milk & Honey distillery, part of its Apex series and presented in a black bottle. The series is intended to show the innovation and creativity of this young distillery. Master distiller Tomer Goren selected the cask for this limited edition. The whisky matured in a Ruby fortified red wine barrel and was bottled at its natural cask strength of 63.8% ABV, in an edition of 502 bottles. It is described as having baked red apple, a soft charred note and allspice.
