The Naked Grouse Naked Malt is a blended malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of single malts from several areas of Scotland, matured in different types of cask, rather than a whisky tied to one region.
The nose offers ripe apple and pear with vanilla and honey, and gentle cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is soft and balanced, starting sweet with caramelised fruit and malt before turning spicier. The finish is long and warm, with oak, a little smoke and a light touch of peat.
