The Nikka Premium Blended Whisky Limited 2025 is a blended Japanese whisky in a 70cl bottle at 48% ABV. It combines a Yoichi 1989 Mizunara cask, a Miyagikyo 1979 Mizunara cask and Ben Nevis casks from the 1980s.
The release marks a change at Nikka, with Junji Iseki taking over as chief blender. He chose the whiskies together with his predecessor, Hiromi Ozaki.
The profile is intensely peaty, with forest floor, fruity sweetness and a gentle bitterness.
