This is a straight rye whiskey from The Presidential Dram, part of the Proof and Wood DC Collection. It is a single barrel, barrel proof bottling at 52% (104 proof), in a 70cl bottle, and was bottled in 2024.
The whiskey was made in the USA from a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It spent a minimum of 4 years in new charred oak barrels, which meets the requirement of at least one term of ageing.
