The Quiet Man 8 Year Old is a single malt in a 70cl bottle. It matured for eight years entirely in oak casks that previously held bourbon.
The colour is a bright gold. The nose offers vanilla and honey with touches of fresh fruit, a little oak and a subtle layer of spice.
On the palate it is soft and balanced, with vanilla and honey again, sweet malt and a lightly spiced note. A freshness lingers, leaving a silky feel in the mouth.
