The Quiet Man Traditional Blend Irish Whisky (75cl, 40%)

The Quiet Man Traditional Blend is a hand-selected combination of Irish whiskies, matured in oak and finished in first-fill bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 40%. The range comes from Ciaran Mulgrew's Niche Drinks in Derry, Northern Ireland, in partnership with Luxco. The brand is a tribute to Mulgrew's father John, a Belfast barman known as 'An Fear Ciuin', the Quiet Man. The whisky is soft and rounded. Sweet vanilla and honey from the bourbon wood lead the nose, orchard fruit follows on the palate, and the finish is gently spicy and clean.
