A Caribbean rum aged for ten years in virgin oak casks. It is distilled using traditional methods from selected sugar cane, with ageing in virgin oak giving intense fresh wood, vanilla and delicate spice notes, plus caramel, dried fruit and a light smoky touch. On the palate it is warm and enveloping, with a full body and a long finish. It is suited to sipping neat or in cocktails, and pairs with dark chocolate, spiced desserts and aged cheeses.
