The Reveries Lancero is a nine-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon drawn from a single hand-picked barrel. It was bottled in Middleburg, Virginia, by The Reveries, the independent bottling project of T8KE.
Lancero comes out at barrel strength, 59.3% ABV, with no dilution and no chill filtration, in a 75cl bottle.
The palate is rich and full-bodied, with dark caramel, brown sugar and vanilla bean, then well-seasoned oak, baking spice and dark cherry. The finish is long and warming, with toasted oak and spice.
