The Sexton is an Irish single malt from County Antrim, bottled at 40% ABV. It is matured for four years in old sherry casks under Master Distiller Alex Thomas, with the aim of balancing sweet sherry character against toasted oak.
The nose combines rich dried fruit with smoky oak. On the palate it is soft, light and fruity, and it is followed by a long, well-balanced finish.
