The Sexton is an Irish single malt whiskey, triple distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at 40% abv in a 70cl bottle.
It spends four years exclusively in former oloroso sherry casks, which give it a rich colour and a balance of dried fruits and toasted oak.
The whiskey is described as approachable, with a smooth finish.
