This is a 25 year old Speyside single malt from The Singleton of Dufftown, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is a distillery bottling.
The whiskies chosen for it matured for more than 25 years in European oak and refill ex-bourbon casks, and were then harmonised in American oak.
The nose offers fine tropical fruit, exotic spice and aged oak. The palate is full and balanced, with pear, pineapple and passion fruit. The finish is sweet and elegant, with vanilla, ginger, honey and apple.
