This is a 15 year old Scotch single malt from the Glendullan distillery, bottled under the name The Singleton of Glendullan in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. It was originally released for the travel retail market.
It is described as richer, rounder and sweeter than younger expressions, medium to full in body and soft, with light toasty oak and a spicy finish.
The nose is waxy orange and lemon zest, with mocha slowly developing. The palate offers caramelised fruit, floral barley, vanilla pod and spicy cedar. The finish has slightly earthy malt and continuing vanilla sweetness.
