The Temple Bar Signature Blend is an Irish whiskey bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It revives the old custom of Irish pubs blending and bottling their own whiskey, with the Temple Bar family selecting, blending and bottling it themselves.
Light fruit and honey with a touch of spice lead on the nose, joined by ripe red berries and plum. The palate is clean and fresh, with honey, vanilla, more fruit and a soft sweetness. The finish is soft, as the honey returns with more wood and spice.
