The Tottori Blended Japan is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, named after Tottori prefecture. It was matured in casks. On the nose there is green apple and honey with a light touch of smoke, vanilla and wood. The palate starts sweet and moves towards drier, spicier flavours. The finish is moderately long and warm, with chocolate and a little pepper.
