This is a 7 year old Aberlour single malt from Speyside, bottled in 2025 by The Whisky Cellar for its Private Cellars Selection. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 47.5% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The whisky was finished in oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, and 268 bottles were filled.
The nose offers milk chocolate, honey malt cereal and sugary biscuits. On the palate there are ginger, white pepper and spiced orange cake, and the finish carries sherried warmth with a touch of sweetness.
