The Whisky Cellar Miltonduff 10 Year Old Oloroso Sherry (70cl, 57.1%)

This is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from Miltonduff, bottled by The Whisky Cellar, founded by Keith Bonnington, as part of its Private Cellars Selection. It was distilled in August 2012, finished in an Oloroso sherry quarter cask and bottled in June 2023 at a cask strength of 57.1%. The whisky has natural colour and is non-chill-filtered. 351 bottles of 70cl were filled. The tasting notes mention dark treacle, blackberry jam, demerara sugar, buckwheat honey, rum and raisin ice cream, and clove and cinnamon spice.
