This is a 33 year old single grain whisky from the North British distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by The Whisky Cellar for its Private Cellars Selection. It was distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2024, having matured in a single refill barrel.
It is bottled at a cask strength of 50.1%, with natural colour and without chill filtration. This is a limited edition of 168 bottles, each of 70cl.
The tasting notes list white chocolate, biscotti, golden rum and zingy lime, followed by creme caramel, coconut wafers, oak spice and a dunnage warehouse character.
