The Whistler Calvados Cask Finish is an Irish blended whiskey made from 35% single malt and 65% grain whiskey, bottled at 43% ABV with natural colour and no chill-filtration.
It spends at least four years in bourbon casks, then a minimum of 15 months in Calvados casks from Château du Breuil.
The nose offers apple, citrus and creamy caramel, with banana, apricot and melon. The palate is soft and full, with peach, pear, citrus, vanilla and creamy sweetness. The finish is long and silky, with lasting fruit.
