The Whistler The Blue Note is a 7 year old single malt Irish whisky, released at the end of 2016 by Boann Distillery in Drogheda, just north of Dublin on Ireland's east coast.
The whisky spent five years in first-fill bourbon barrels, followed by two years in oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle and is non-chill-filtered.
