Yamazaki Puncheon 2022 Edition is a Japanese single malt made by Suntory at Japan's oldest malt whisky distillery. It was aged in American oak puncheons and is a limited release in the Yamazaki Cask Series.
The colour is golden. The palate is clean, smooth and velvety, with ripe persimmon, peach, vanilla and caramelised butterscotch. The finish is lingering, with sweet oak and spice.
