The mash is made from corn, rye and malted barley. After maturing, the whiskey rests in sherry-seasoned barrels, which add depth and richness.
The nose offers ripe figs, toasted nuts and dark fruit, with cedar and warm tobacco spice. The palate is soft and rounded, with dried berries, caramelised fruit and gentle oak, and the finish is lingering, touched by spice and sweetness.
