Thomas S. Moore Port Cask Finish is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made in honour of Moore's ambition and his commitment to making bourbon that stands the test of time.
A well-aged bourbon was emptied from its oak casks after many years, then refilled into Port wine casks and left to mature for several more years.
The taste is soft and sweet, with subtle hints of fruit, vanilla and baking spices.
