This is an eight year old blended malt from Thompson Bros, bottled at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The name refers to Station Road Vat no.5, where the whisky rests for six months before bottling.
The notes run to green fruits, candle wax, crushed peppercorns and lemons, with a hint of coastal peat.
