It is finished in specially toasted barrels, with natural honey influence adding to its character.
The nose offers warm toasted oak, gentle honey sweetness and soft baking spice. On the palate there is caramelised toast, subtle vanilla and mellow honey, and the finish is long, with warm oak and a delicate sweetness.
