Three Chord Tennessee Straight Whiskey (75cl, 42.5%)

Three Chord Tennessee Straight Whiskey is a Tennessee whiskey bottled at 42.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The brand was founded by guitarist and producer Neil Giraldo, and Ari Sussman blends the whiskeys. It is distilled and aged in Tennessee from a mash bill of 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley, then mellowed through sugar maple charcoal in the Lincoln County Process. On the nose there are dark sugar, light smoke, vanilla bean and bananas Foster. The palate is medium-plus and slightly viscous, with oak, caramel, fire-cooked corn cakes and baked red apple. The finish is medium, lightly spiced and clean.
