Three Fingers High 12 Year Old Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Three Fingers High is a 12 year old Canadian whisky made entirely from rye, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It blends twelve-year-old Canadian rye spirits, distilled in small batches in both pot stills and continuous columns. The blend is married and finished in sherry casks, amontillado among them, which give it a reddish cast. It was bottled in California. Expect spice, nutmeg and cinnamon on the nose. The palate is rich and layered with rye spice, and the finish brings hints of toffee and a deep, lingering warmth.
