Three Floyds – Divine Rite White Whiskey (75cl, 50.5%)

Three Floyds Divine Rite is an unaged white whiskey from Indiana, bottled at 50.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is made from four grains: malted barley, oat malt, wheat and corn. It is bottled without time in barrel, so its character comes from the grain. Three Floyds, the brewery behind it, was founded in Munster, Indiana, in 1996. The nose has malt sugar, vanilla extract, marshmallow and almond skins. The palate brings malt ball sweetness and banana bread, then grassy, cereal-led grain flavours with a silky texture. The finish is lightly drying and biscuity, with fading toasted grain.
