Thresh & Winnow Millet Whiskey is a Bottled in Bond single cask American whiskey made from 100% organic millet, bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle. It is made at KOVAL Distillery in Chicago, where only the heart cut of the run is collected. Each bottle comes from a single cask aged for at least four years in a bonded warehouse. The nose is warm cereal grain with cinnamon, leather and a little wood char. The palate has baked grain, light melon and raw honey, with ginger and nutmeg, and the finish is medium, with soft spice, toasted grain and a subtle nuttiness.
