A Muller Thurgau Riserva from Tiefenbrunner, Alto Adige DOC. It is bright with straw-yellow reflections, with delicate floral notes, white-fleshed fruit, citrus and light minerality.
On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with balance between acidity and body, and a dry, pleasantly persistent finish. It suits delicate fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses, or a measured aperitif. Serve around 8-10 °C.
