Tim Smith Climax Wood Fired Whiskey (75cl)

Tim Smith Climax Wood Fired Whiskey is an American whiskey made from the Smith family's century-old corn and barley moonshine recipe. Tim Smith, known from the television series Moonshiners, ages and filters it with toasted oak and maple. The result is an amber whiskey with a smoky, wood-fired character. The nose carries a hint of maple sweetness, and the palate shows corn and malted barley alongside smoky, wood-fired notes. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
