Timorous Beastie Moscatel Cask Finish is a blended malt made from Highland whisky, in a 70cl bottle. It is finished in casks that held white and purple Moscatel wine, which add a rich, fruity and naturally sweet character. It belongs to The Cheese Cellar, a set of three limited editions created to pair with cheese. The nose has honey, white grape, citrus peel, vanilla, sweet bread and white flowers. The palate is soft and round, with peach, apricot, sweet malt and spice. The finish is long, clean and fruity.
