Timorous Beastie The Cheese Cellar Collection No. 03 is a Highland blended malt from Douglas Laing, finished in Moscatel casks. It is bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle as a limited edition of 4,200 bottles, and was curated to accompany artisan cheeses.
The name comes from Robert Burns's poem 'To a Mouse'. The Timorous Beastie style is described as a mix of vanilla, malted barley, meringue, honey and citrus. This edition has no added colouring and is non-chill-filtered.
