Tobermory – 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46.3%)

This is a 12 year old unpeated single malt from the Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull. It was matured in American oak casks and bottled at 46.3% in natural colour, without chill filtration. The whisky shows a fruity, lightly maritime character. Orange and citrus meet creamy vanilla, caramel, spice and a fine salty note. The nose brings ripe fruit, orange, citrus, floral notes, oak, vanilla and spice. On the palate are sweet orange, citrus, creamy caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and clove. The finish is lasting, fruity and spicy, with a subtle maritime saltiness.
