Tobermory 12 Year Old is the unpeated single malt from the island distillery on Mull. It matured in American oak casks and is bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colour and without chill-filtration.
The nose combines ripe fruit with orange and other citrus, alongside floral hints, oak, vanilla and fine spice. On the palate come sweet orange, creamy caramel and strong vanilla, with cinnamon, clove and a restrained salty note. The finish is long, ending on vanilla and spice.
