Tobermory 12 Years is a single malt made on the Isle of Mull from unpeated barley, using water from a private spring. It matures for over 12 years in American white oak casks and is bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fruity, with orange and citrus, a touch of fresh floral character, and firm oak with vanilla and spice. Sweet oranges and lemons meet creamy caramel and strong vanilla on the palate, with a hint of cinnamon and clove. The finish is long, with vanilla and spice lingering.
