Tobermory – 1994–2019 25 Year Old (55%)

This is a 25 year old single cask single malt from Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, distilled in 1994. Wilson & Morgan bottled it in 2019 at a cask strength of 55% ABV, in an outturn of 507 bottles. The whisky first matured in a refill butt and was then finished in a second fill Oloroso sherry hogshead. It is usually described as combining dark fruit, oak, malt and spice with dry sherry notes and a maritime touch from the island.
