This is a limited-edition Tobermory single malt, distilled in 1995 on the Isle of Mull and matured for 27 years in a single bourbon hogshead. It is bottled at 53.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Tobermory is the only distillery on the island.
The nose offers orchard fruits, citrus and a touch of spice, with chocolate and cherry beneath. On the palate come ginger, vanilla, toffee, oak and a hint of coffee in a creamy texture. The finish is long and spiced, with citrus, coffee, chocolate and ginger.
