Tobermory 23 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish is a single malt from the Hebridean distillery, bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It began as the Tobermory 15 Year Old release and has since spent more time resting in its casks, ending with a finish in Oloroso casks.
It is a sherried malt, with salted toffee and floral honey, and a finish of caramelised walnuts with a subtle salty undercurrent.
