Tobermory 2012 Bourbon Cask #706 is a single cask malt bottled at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV. It is natural colour and non chill filtered.
The whisky was matured in a bourbon cask. The nose is zesty and vibrant, woody and complex, with hints of light honey. Adding a little water brings out a dry, herbal palate with fresh dry ginger and a slight hint of salt throughout.
The finish offers green apples with a touch of cinnamon and spice.
