This is a 21 year old single malt from Tobermory on the Isle of Mull, an official distillery bottling in a 70cl bottle at 46.3%. It was bottled on 31 October 2017.
The whisky was finished in Oloroso sherry casks, and is known for its deep sherry influence.
The nose offers raisins, figs, orange peel and light spices. On the palate are dark chocolate, roasted nuts, red fruits and soft oak warmth. The finish is long and sherry-driven, with a hint of mocha.
