Tobermory – 21 Year Old Single Malt (70cl)

This is a 21 year old single malt from Tobermory, distilled on the Isle of Mull and bottled in small batches as part of the core range. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled into refill casks and then finished for a number of years in Oloroso casks. The nose offers marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle over furniture wax. On the palate come cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapple and sticky toffee pudding, followed by a fresh, light and sweet finish.
