Tobermory – 23 Year Old Oloroso Cask Finish

This is a 23-year-old single malt from Tobermory, the distillery on the Isle of Mull that dates from 1798. It has been finished in Oloroso casks and is bottled unfiltered and in natural colour. On the nose there are oranges, roasted walnuts and soft caramel. The palate is full and brings salted caramel with oak spice, and the finish has gingerbread alongside a light caramel sweetness.
